Can we use our own service provider?
If your package is for a "website only", your website can be uploaded to your own service provider if you can provide the routing.....location, password, etc.
If your package is for a "website INCLUDING the ONLINE ENTRY PROCEDURE", it may be possible for you to arrange your own service provider (if they have the necessary permissions, components, extensions, etc.)
Can we register our own domain?
With the deregulation of the "domain registration service", there are places that will register the domain for a lower price. The "critical" information is WHERE the domain points to. The DNS numbers (Domain Name Server) must point to the server that will HOST your website.
Do you provide internet access?
No! Internet access must be provided by the client. Our packages for website development and implementation have nothing to do with how you access them. Our service is HOSTING and initial development and startup of your own web presence through either a "website" or your own domain AND website.
How do we get documents uploaded to the website?
Your webmaster will prepare documents for uploading by constructing them in *.html format OR scanning them (*.pdf format) and will have administrative access for uploading. You can provide the documents for the webmaster in "original" form by FAQ or if they are on your computer, they can be sent to the webmaster as "attachments" to e-mail. If computer proficient, you can be taught the procedure and upload documents yourself.
